Find a comfortable position — sitting, lying down, or even walking slowly.
Let your gaze rest softly or close your eyes if that feels right.
Let’s take a slow, deep breath together.
Breathe in calm,
breathe out tension.
You are worthy of care – including the care you give yourself.
You are allowed to take up space – wherever, whenever.
You are allowed to choose what is good for you.
Breathe in trust,
breathe out worry.
For so many of us, care and fairness are turned outward.
We fight for justice for others — but when the compass points back at ourselves, it often stops.
We think:
I should be stronger.
I should need less.
I should give even more.
But, my dear:
Justice is for you too.
You are allowed to rest.
You are allowed to need.
You are allowed to choose kindness for yourself.
Breathe in your own space,
breathe out everything that was never yours.
Every act of care you offer yourself
rewrites the old story that said you were not worth the effort.
Each time you rest,
each time you choose something that nourishes you,
you place another stone on a new path — a path that says:
I am allowed to be here.
I am allowed to feel.
I am allowed to receive good things.
