Welcome, dear one.
I am Sylvia.
This space was born from a longing — a longing for a place where no one has to perform, prove, or pretend.
A place where you can simply say:
“Here I am. And I don’t have to explain myself.
I am not strange. I am not too much.
I simply am. And that is enough.”
I am not a guru, not an exalted sage, not a perfectly staged spiritual teacher.
I am just me — a sensitive human being who has heard too many times: “You are too much. You are not enough.”
Just ordinary me, creating the space I’ve always wished I had.
My spark — my call to action, if you will — came one day when someone in my autism peer group cried:
“Maybe I don’t belong anywhere — not even here.”
Of course we called back: “Yes. You belong. Exactly as you are.”
And my heart knew: I wanted to create a space where no one ever has to feel that way.
That moment became the seed of Peaceful Haven – You Belong.
Here, you are welcome exactly as you are — with your tenderness, your tiredness, your questions, your hope.
Through gentle meditations, soft affirmations, and quiet moments of stillness, I invite you to breathe, rest, and remember:
You are seen. You are worthy. You are enough.
This is not a polished temple or a distant spiritual mountain.
This is a hearth fire — quiet, warm, close — where weary hearts can sit and find belonging.
You belong.
Welcome home.
– Sylvia
